Welcome to the LI Speech Spot Pal Front Desk Training
Welcome! As a member of the LI Speech front desk team, you play an important role in helping families continue their child's progress beyond the therapy room.
These courses will give you the knowledge and confidence to talk about Spot Pal, answer common parent questions, and guide families through the next steps after a therapist recommends the device. Your role isn't to "sell" Spot Pal—it's to reinforce the therapist's recommendation, provide a positive experience, and make the process simple and stress-free for every family.
By the end of training, you'll understand what Spot Pal is, who it helps, its clinical benefits, how to confidently explain it, and the workflow for processing recommendations and orders. Together, we can ensure every family receives a consistent, supportive experience across all LI Speech locations.

Spot Pal Introduction
Get an inside look at Spot Pal with this introductory video led by Toni-Ann. In this session, she walks you through the fundamentals of Spot Pal—what it is, how it works, how it’s made, and why it’s such an effective tool for supporting proper tongue posture, nasal breathing, and overall oral function.
Spot Pal Parent Education Series
The Spot Pal Parent Education Series, can help you feel confident speaking with parents about the benefits of Spot Pal, how it works, and how it supports your therapy goals. By strengthening your understanding, you’ll be better equipped to answer questions, guide families, and reinforce the value of incorporating Spot Pal into treatment.
Front Desk Training
In this course, you'll learn how to confidently support therapists' Spot Pal recommendations, answer common parent questions, and guide families through the ordering process. Your role is not to "sell" Spot Pal, but to provide a seamless, supportive experience that helps families continue their child's progress outside of therapy. By working together, we can ensure every family receives consistent, compassionate care at every LI Speech location.
